These self- care videos consist of techniques such as self- massage, stretching and breathing demonstrations to help with muscle tension, stress and anxiety and aid with overall health and well-being.  

We have designed them with in particular busy people in mind, whose demanding schedules and often highly stressful environments, leaves limited time for self - care. 

The techniques you will learn are therefore quick and easy, yet highly effective and can be used anytime and anywhere, for example in between appointments during work or when you have a quick break in your schedule. 

By the end of each video you should instantly feel positive changes to the mind and body and you will also gain a practical tool kit to allow for continued enhancement of overall health and well-being.

Clare

Clare has been working as a therapist for the past two years, having completed the ITEC 3 and BTEC 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. She is also a member of the ISRM. Her background in performance and fitness has equipped her with a strong awareness of the body, and how it best functions.

Lucinda

Lucinda is a BTEC Level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist, and a current member of the ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage) - each of which are recognised as representing the highest of standards within the industry. She is also a qualified pregnancy and Indian Head massage therapist.
